Or perhaps your goal is to transition to a more plant-based diet for ethical or health reasons? Our Plant-Powered Vegan plan is the perfect gateway. Being clear about your number one objective is the most important first step in making a choice you'll be happy and successful with.

2. Consider Your Lifestyle

How many meals do you realistically need? If you enjoy cooking on weekends but find weekdays hectic, the 10-meal plan covering lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday is a perfect fit. If you're an individual who is constantly on the go and wants to eliminate cooking entirely, the 14-meal plan offers maximum convenience. If you simply want healthy lunches for work, the 6-meal plan is a great starting point. Be honest about your schedule and how much time you want to reclaim. Our service is designed to adapt to you.

Do you have any dietary restrictions or strong preferences? Use our dietary filters to see how your options look. If you know you don't do well with high-fat diets, the Keto plan might not be for you, even for weight loss. If you love variety and a mix of all food groups, the Balanced Fuel plan is a failsafe choice. The best plan is the one you can stick to consistently. We provide the tools and options, but listening to your body and your tastes is key to long-term success. And remember, you can always switch plans from week to week to find your perfect match!

We operate on a weekly subscription model. You are billed automatically each week on the same day (e.g., every Thursday) for the following week's delivery. You have until our cutoff time (Wednesday at 11:59 PM) to modify your order, skip the week, or cancel your subscription for the upcoming delivery. All charges are processed securely, and you can manage your payment information in your account dashboard.

No problem! Our meals are delivered in refrigerated boxes with insulated liners and non-toxic gel ice packs. This ensures your food remains at a safe temperature for several hours after delivery. Our courier will leave the package at your doorstep or with your concierge if instructed. You will receive a delivery notification via text or email, so you know when it has arrived.

Currently, our system is optimized for curated meal plans to ensure nutritional consistency and streamlined kitchen operations. While you cannot mix meals from different plans (e.g., Keto and Vegan) in one subscription, you do have the ability to customize your weekly menu from the full list of options available within your chosen plan. You can also easily switch your entire plan from week to week if you'd like to try something new.

Our meals are cooked fresh and delivered to you, never frozen. They are designed to stay fresh in your refrigerator for a full 7 days after you receive them. Each meal has a "Best By" date clearly printed on the packaging for your convenience. We recommend eating meals with fish or seafood earlier in the week for the best taste and texture.

To ensure our kitchen has adequate time to source fresh ingredients and prepare your meals, we have a weekly cutoff. All changes to your order for the following week—including meal selections, skipping, pausing, or canceling—must be made by Wednesday at 11:59 PM local time. Any changes made after this deadline will apply to the week after next.

Currently, all of our meals are portioned for a single adult serving. However, many families find our service convenient by simply ordering a higher quantity of meals per week. For example, a family of four could order 28 meals to cover 7 dinners. We are actively exploring options for family-style portions and hope to introduce them in the future based on customer feedback.

We are constantly expanding our delivery zones! Currently, we deliver to the entire continental United States. You can enter your ZIP code during the sign-up process to confirm that we service your specific address. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

While we allow you to filter for common allergens, our kitchen handles ingredients including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy. We have strict food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that any meal is 100% free of trace amounts of allergens. Therefore, we do not recommend our service for individuals with severe or life-threatening food allergies.
