We operate on a weekly subscription model. You are billed automatically each week on the same day for the following week's delivery. You have until our cutoff time (Wednesday at 11:59 PM) to modify your order, skip the week, or cancel your subscription for the upcoming delivery.

No problem! Our meals are delivered in refrigerated boxes with insulated liners and non-toxic gel ice packs, keeping them safe for several hours. Our courier will leave the package at your doorstep or with a concierge if instructed.

Currently, you select a primary plan (like Keto or Vegan) and then customize your weekly menu from the full list of options available within that plan. You can also easily switch your entire plan from week to week if you'd like to try something new.

Our meals are cooked fresh and designed to stay fresh in your refrigerator for a full 7 days after you receive them. Each meal has a "Best By" date clearly printed on the packaging for your convenience.

All changes to your order for the following week—including meal selections, skipping, pausing, or canceling—must be made by Wednesday at 11:59 PM local time. Any changes made after this deadline will apply to the week after next.

Currently, all of our meals are portioned for a single adult serving. However, many families order a higher quantity of meals to cover dinners for everyone. We are actively exploring options for family-style portions based on customer feedback.

While we allow you to filter for common allergens, our kitchen handles ingredients including milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. Due to the risk of cross-contamination, we do not recommend our service for individuals with severe or life-threatening food allergies.

We're glad you asked! The cardboard box is curbside recyclable. The plastic meal trays are #1 PET plastic and recyclable in most areas. The gel in the ice packs is non-toxic and can be disposed of in the trash, and the plastic film can be recycled where #4 plastics are accepted. The insulated liner is also recyclable.
